Security Battalion's National Night Out

MCRD San Diego Charlie Company Graduation
The new Marines of Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, June 5th 2026. Graduation took place at the completion of the 13-week transformation which included training for drill, marksmanship, basic combat skills, and Marine Corps customs and traditions. Following graduation, the Marines were given 10 days of leave before taking the next step in training at the School of Infantry at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.

VMGR-152 hosts Change of Command ceremony

End of an Era: Marine Attack Squadron 223 celebrates the sundown of the Harrier
In the summer of 2026, the U.S. Marine Corps will sundown the AV-8B Harrier II as part of the Tactical Aircraft transition plan as the Marine Corps progresses toward an all-5th generation TACAIR fleet. This video celebrates the conclusion of Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 223's nearly 40 years of flight operations with the Harrier platform. 2026 Dangers of Browns Island Awareness

Jeffrey Cummings, director of Range Control, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, and Mr. Tom Pieratti, range control officer, MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, advise the public on the dangers surrounding Browns Island at MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, May 21, 2026. Browns Island remains strictly off-limits due to ongoing live-fire training exercises and the presence of dangerous unexploded ordnance. All personnel accessing the island must be accompanied by an explosive ordnance disposal technician due to extreme dangers associated with the high-hazard impact area.
