• Description: During the first part of this workshop participants will be provided an overview of the Program's mission, primary lines of effort, and operational capabilities. During the second half of the workshop, Mr. Dollard will be discussing how the Program can be leveraged by commanders, supervisors, and security/personnel stakeholders to support their risk mitigation responsibilities.

• Description: The 2026 Virtual DCSA Security Conference for DoW/Federal stakeholders takes place September 16–18, 2026, running daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Carrying the theme “Protect Our Potential,” this free, fully virtual event is hosted by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE). Tailored sessions cover industrial security, counterintelligence, insider threat mitigation, personnel vetting, Trusted Workforce 2.0 updates, and physical security policies.

• Description: The 11th National Insider Risk Symposium will convene leading security experts, innovators, and decision-makers from across the public and private sectors to examine the evolving insider risk landscape. The event will highlight the latest strategies, technologies, and policies shaping the future of insider risk mitigation and proactive security frameworks.

• Description: The Threat Evaluation and Reporting Overview presentation introduces the behavioral approach to violence prevention. Many individuals planning to carry out acts of targeted violence display concerning behaviors. Recognizing these changes in behaviors and risk factors and reporting them can help in preventing acts of targeted violence such as, but not limited to, terrorism, school shootings, or mass attacks in public spaces.

The presentation will focus on identifying generational behavioral indicators and implementing actionable mitigation strategies to build trust, enhance psychological safety, and strengthen overall mission readiness.
